「This cabin is absolutely beautiful—spotless, peaceful, and one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. We loved the porch, the fire pit, and the quiet, wooded setting. However, the hot tub had a broken part that hadn’t been caught before our arrival. Not knowing the risk, I used it and ended up in a life-threatening situation when I was pulled under by suction and couldn’t surface. The touchscreen doesn’t respond when wet, and it took longer than it should have for my husband to shut it off...

「My ideal spot, off the beaten path, quiet, and beautiful. Check in and getting into the house was easy, directions to the house were exact. House was clean, besides a little sticky spill in a table in one bedroom that hadn't been wiped away from the previous renter. Didn't take much effort to wipe up. 「We really enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Bear cabin. The home was set in beautiful woodlands near a creek. There was lots of attention to details which made the stay enjoyable. Complimentary extras in the kitchen and bathrooms were provided. The hot tub was perfect for soaking each night overlooking the landscape. We went whitewater rafting, visited Blue Ridge and Mercier Orchards and then came home each night to relax. Great place to get away from it all. Highly recommend. 」

「This was our second stay at this cabin. Kim is an excellent communicator, which makes it stress free. We had lots of rain this time, but the covered porch provided a completely dry space to enjoy the view. We ate all of our meals on the porch, as well as playing games. Our grandson loves the pool table! We highly recommend this cabin and will certainly be back!」
