This property is the most well stocked and maintained property that we have occupied. The house is large, very clean, and has everything you need. The view is amazing. The property management company, Exceptional Stays, is easy to communicate with and there if you need anything.

This is the second time we've rented this property, we loved it so much the first time around. The views are awesome and the house has everything you could ever want. While there's so much to explore in the area, it was tempting to just stay at the house all day for its comfort and beauty!

Wonderful Getaway

This property provided the perfect pre Thanksgiving getaway. It has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. The house’s location is situated directly between Telluride and Mountain Village, so it’s easy to access both quickly. The management company was welcoming and provided excellent information. I’m so sad to leave and not have this spectacular view anymore!

Absolutely amazing property. Great views and not on any of the busy Mtn Village streets.

We had an amazing time enjoying the eight person hot tub, big Sunshine decks, and amazing views. The exceptional Stays host do a great job taking care of anything that you need to be including Helping us order groceries before we arrive there. Very comfortable bags and a great house to entertain families or friends. We will definitely come back and try to rent this place again in the future.

We enjoyed the house.

Clean, well-stocked. We had a couple of small issues and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The gondola into town (a short drive from the house) was so convenient. And we had an unexpected visitor on our third day — a big bear. Walked by the end of the driveway and straight to the neighbor’s garbage cans. :)

Perfection!

This home offered us everything we could have wanted in a vacation home! It was clean, spacious and you simply couldn’t beat the VIEWS! Our children loved the bunk room and it was really nice having their own space on the first level. Exceptional Stays was very responsive anytime I had a question leading up to our arrival. We simply can’t say enough about the home and Mountain Village. We will definitely be returning!

A great place to stay in Mountain Village

We spent a week at this property and had a great time. It is brand new and very well equipped (kitchen, TVs, overall amenities, etc). The property manager was very responsive when we had a few questions. The access to the Dial-A-Ride amenity was a plus! You can move within Mountain Village with a very effective charter system. No need to drive at all. Overall we had a great vacation at this place and we’d defined get back to it.

Overlook Haus Review

Beautiful property. House is amazing and clean. One of the lights in the family room ceiling is hanging out. One disappointment I have is with the outdoor arrangement. For that amount of money and with those types of views I would expect the deck and patio to be prepared for use. All furniture covered in snow. Fire pits covered up and covered in snow. Couch was blocking the use of the grill. Very disappointed that we could not sit out on the deck and enjoy the outdoors around a fire pit. You may want to remove those pictures off your site during the winter time if not in use. Thanks.
