Amazing!

We loved absolutely everything about this property. We are a group of women's Bible study leaders and we go away every year to prepare for the year. This was our first time at this property and I couldn't be happier. We will definitely be booking here again!

College Reunion

Property was beautiful and clean. Kitchen needed an exhaust but we just opened the windows. We booked this villa because it was not close to other homes and it was in the open fields. We hired a DJ for entertainment. Unfortunately, it was not the right home for us. We played music out doors and got a message that we were not allowed to play loud music outdoors from 9 Pm. so we moved in doors. We got another message saying we were not allowed to play loud music indoors as well. So we just ended the party. If you just plan to relax and not party this would be a great place but if you are planning a party with loud music this is not the house for you.

Great Temecula home away from home!

This house was perfect for hosting a 15 girl bachelorette weekend! We wined, dined and went to the spa and the house was perfect for entertaining us! It was very clean and looked like the pictures!

Great but not perfect!

The accommodations were great for our family of eight adults and four children under the age of eight! Thank you for the high chairs and sleep ‘n pack. Need to replace the outside refrigerator that is in bad shape and does not work. Tons of dishes, silverware, cups and glasses. Surprised to see a record player. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Reinforce the screen at the putting green. My grandson hit the ball under the screen down the hill behind and lost one or 2 ball in the animal holes beyond the screen Enjoyed the variety of games.

We will be back! Perfect home to bring family and friends together. Plenty of room and amenities

Enjoyed celebrating my birthday with the family! This well appointed house offered all of us our own rooms and plenty of space to enjoy quiet time, as well as family fun time. 10 adults and 4 children enjoyed every minute of our stay. Avant Stay was quickly responsive to a few unforseen mechanical issues that needed to be resolved. We will definitely be back! This house felt like our home away from home.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We booked the house for our wedding weekend and there was so much space for the entire family. It was very clean, up to date and spacious. Owners were very kind and responsive. 100% recommend!!

Perfect stay

The property was everything we were hoping for and more. The property was very well maintained and extremely clean when we arrived. The property has something for everyone, no matter the age. We all had so much fun that we've already began planning another stay at this property.

Perfect home for our family getaway

The Merlot home was very clean, everything from beds to bathrooms to furniture and kitchen. The spa was ready to go and easy to use and there were plenty of pool towels, umbrellas, and chairs/patio furniture by the pool. There was also a spacious bbq grill area with a large barn table which fit 13 of us perfectly. This house has plenty of space indoors and out. We had 3 kids on our trip (ages 12,10, and 6) and they had plenty of space to have fun as there is a large yard as well. All but 1 room has its own bathroom which is perfect for families and large groups. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the Casita were very spacious and steps away from the main house. The home was decorated nicely with a rustic yet modern vibe and everything seemed to be new. We also liked that there is a restroom outside to use while you are in the pool. It was super convenient. The ping pong table outside provided entertainment while taking breaks from the pool and at night the pool table inside provided hours of fun late into the night. Contacting management was easy through the VRBO app and they were great about responding. When we arrived the door code for the house was different than for the casitas so i notified them and they quickly worked on getting the correct code for me. The pool has no heater but we didn't have a problem with the water being cold, only slightly chilly late in the evening but there was a spa so we would switch over to the warm water. The temperature is adjustable so it doesn't have to be steaming hot if you don't like that. I would definitely recommend the Merlot home and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
