Welcome to our newly built, luxurious retreat in Playa Potrero, Costa Rica! Just an hour’s drive from the Liberia Airport, Casa Natalia offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Being just steps away from the breathtaking ocean, this spacious 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom villa promises the ultimate getaway experience.

Casa Natalia is ideal for providing ample space for your family and friends seeking a lavish getaway. Lounge by the refreshing private pool surrounded by tropical greenery, or take a stroll to the nearby ocean for a day of sun-soaked relaxation. Indulge in ultimate relaxation as you enjoy the unique experience of a bartop within the pool, perfect for drinks and hanging out. For added convenience, an outdoor bathroom ensures you can freshen up without interrupting your poolside enjoyment.

Ascend to the sundeck located on the top floor and start your day with a breathtaking view. Sip your morning coffee as you enjoy the Costa Rican sun, embracing the peaceful atmosphere and panoramic scenery that surrounds you. When evening rolls around, take a seat in our Gazebo to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that Costa Rica has to offer.

Experience the ultimate in comfort and style with our modern furnishings in our appointed living spaces. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There are three bedrooms located downstairs, one facing the pool area and the ocean. The remaining four rooms are located upstairs, each with its own balcony. Three overlooking the ocean and garden area. Large windows downstairs frame breathtaking views of the tropical surroundings, inviting the serene beauty of Costa Rica indoors. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or hire a private chef to do so. Take advantage of the outdoor grill for a classic barbecue experience with a view.

Location was great, right on a quiet beach in a small Costa Rican town w/lots of food options. House was perfect for our large group, offering large gathering areas both outside and inside. Rooms are also very spacious, each w/their own bathroom, and some w/balconies overlooking the bay. Concierge (Jimmy) was very helpful in setting up excursions and overall coordination. Breakfast cook was fantastic and did all the clean-up after. House felt very secure w/in-room safes, large perimeter wall and front gate and a security guard during the night. And the daily housekeeping was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, laundry room had 2 sets of washers & dryers, there were enough beach towels for everyone, and the outside refrigerator and commercial ice machine were all very convenient for the days we simply hung out at the pool. All in all, this house and the associated services hit the spot and made for a wonderful family vacation.

A group of 11 friends stayed at this property to celebrate our collective 40th birthdays and we had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and the oceanfront setting is even better than the photos. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunsets from the house each evening was incredible.The house worked perfectly for our group and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great areas to gather together. The pool, outdoor spaces, and easy beach access made it a great place to relax and spend time together. We also appreciated that there was a security guard on site every night, which made everyone feel very comfortable.The staff and property manager were wonderful—very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything during our stay. We heavily utilized Jimmy’s assistance and booked most of our add-ons through him, including on-site massages and chef services, airport transfers, and a sunset cruise.The location is also great, with plenty of bars and restaurants that are an easy golf cart ride or a quick walk down the beach.Overall it was a fantastic place for a group trip and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable oceanfront stay in Playa Potrero.

Beautiful home & outdoor space. Loved the location right on the beach with so many restaurants to choose from nearby. Jimmy the consierge was very helpful in planning our stay & arranging activities for our group including golf carts to cruise around the town. Having daily housekeeping & security was definitely a plus. Also enjoyed the chef & in home spa services!

We just got back from a week at Casa Natalia and had the most wonderful vacation! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect as we had 6 couples. The location was great with the beach a few steps away and perfect for walks, very close to many restaurants/shops and bars on our golf carts we rented from Blue Zone Cart. 100% recommended them, best customer service I have had traveling so far. Pool area was perfect for our size of group and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and drinks. They have a commercial ice maker which we used so much and was very helpful! The housekeeper was great and so sweet, we really enjoyed her. Jimmy was also good at getting our excursions, massages and transportation set up. Definitely recommend this house and the area!

House is beautiful. Loved the outdoor areas and pool. Beach is a good swimming beach - shallow with a smooth sand bottom. Great location. Offers of assistance to plan activities in advance. Best part was the communication and immediate response when we had questions or minor issues with the house (very minor and addressed immediately). House manager was fantastic. Thanks to everyone who helped ensure our stay was wonderful.

This house is amazing. It is big and clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is stunning. And it’s on a wide sandy beach that is perfect for morning beach walks. Every evening we watched the sunset from the beach. Jimmy the concierge is friendly and helpful and the chef dinners at the house were better than our restaurant dinners. I can’t recommend it enough.

This was the most amazing vacation our family has ever had! Jimmy, the house manager, coordinating all our activities including a jungle tour, a catamaran sunset trip, in-house massages and daily prepared meals. Jimmy coordinated airport shuttles and delivery of a golf cart and standup paddle board for use during our week.I can't say enough about the meals that were prepared for us. With our family of 10, 8 adults, a 2-year old and a 6-month infant, it was such a luxury to have meals prepared for us. The chefs did the shopping, preparation, serving and cleanup. Meals were served either at a table in the kitchen or a beautiful table on the patio. Our breakfasts were full of fresh tropical fruit, plantains and egg dishes. Our dinners included beef tenderloin, sea bass, pork tenderloin, mahi mahi, ceviche and much more. Absolutely delicious!!It was so nice to have the outdoor pool partially covered so we could enjoy it even during the heat of the day without getting sunburned. The beach was steps out our backyard. The water was 80 degrees and the waves were small so playing in the surf was a real joy. It felt like a private beach because there were very few people on the beach other than our family.We saw several amazing sunsets from our back patio and listened to the crashing waves as we slept.

Beautiful house as advertised. Few hiccups with the air conditioning specifically in the master bedroom. Worked intermittently. Jimmy the concierge was great about getting a repair agent to the house each time it stopped working and eventually got a temporary replacement until a new one could be purchased and installed. We certainly appreciated how hard he was working to try and provide comfort as we were there with our family and had no spare rooms to move guests around. Also, the security gate motor broke down and needed repair but again, Jimmy worked quickly with his repair team to get it fixed. We had 2 different night guards so we never felt uncomfortable when the gate could not be closed until it was repaired. Book this house and enjoy absolutely beautiful sunsets!

We had a total of 12 people staying at Casa Natalia and we loved it! The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a stay in Potrero. The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. The housekeeper was a nice bonus, making the house feel like a hotel with fresh towels, made beds, etc. and the night security guard was also a nice bonus, although we always felt safe. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach, everything you need is at the house with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and wave boards. The pool is beautiful and great for lounging with the sun deck chairs! We are a music group and absolutely loved that the house had Bluetooth speakers setup throughout! From the amazing sunsets to watching monkeys from the street facing balcony, we had a great time - 10 out of 10! There is construction going on next door but it never bothered us and will be complete soon (I believe at the end of 2025).

Ten of us ranging from 12 to 61 stayed for six nights in this beautiful house. There's nothing like being able to see and hear the ocean from your bed. The house is beautiful and super clean. The kitchen was decently stocked and the knives were even pretty sharp!We were really happy with our time there. I suggested that they add some blankets in the living room in case you want to get cozy watching a movie on the couch. I also suggested that they have some boogie boards or other beachy things on hand for the kids. Communication prior to our arrival was top notch. It could have been a bit better during our stay. But overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful house for your Costa Rica beach vacation.

Fantastic Spring Break in Potrero

We recently returned from a fantastic spring break in Potrero. We had 4 families (14 people - 8 adults and 6 school-aged children) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is well-equipped. Everything you would need to prepare meals (but why bother when you can have Dana? - see my note below), towels for the pool and beach, plus beach chairs.The location right on the beach was perfect. We were just a short golf cart ride from the house to "downtown" Potrero with plenty of restaurants and shops. The concierge, Jimmy, was so helpful in planning ahead of our arrival (airport transpo and groceries) and responsive in coordinating activities while we were there. We had the cook, Dana, prepare breakfast each morning and three dinners - very affordable and so convenient! She was an absolute delight. Daily housekeeping was also a plus!Jimmy coordinated surfing in Tamarindo (so fun! Highly recommend Yuri and her group), a waterfall hike at La Leona (incredible, but I wouldn't take anyone younger than 7), and a sunset cruise (we saw dolphins, sea turtles and more!). Our driver, Eduardo (also coordinated by Jimmy), was fantastic. This was our first trip to Costa Rica, but it will not be our last and we would happily return to Casa Natalia!

Great Family Vacation

The home was amazing. It exceeded all of our expectation's. From jimmy the concierge, daily house cleaning and nightly security the only thing we needed to do was decide where to go for dinner, with its great location the choices were plentiful, the food exceptional and everyone was friendly. We would swim in the pool, walk down the beach or enjoy a sunset from the back patio looking over the ocean. Everything was spectacular.

Modern getaway

Casa Natalia is a beautiful, modern home to share with family and friends. Jimmy the property manager was great with communication, bringing us groceries from Costco, helping coordinate shuttles to the airport and suggesting activities to do. The house staff was friendly and helpful. The next door home is under construction, however it did not bother us wuth enjoying the pool and ocean.

Great beach house

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO property! The location was fantastic with a private beach that was perfect for walking and swimming. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining out convenient. We would suggest renting golf carts. The best part was that everyone in our group wanted to stay longer, which is always a sign of a great trip. We hope to visit again in the future.

Perfect!

The house was perfect in every way. We loved walking or taking the golf carts to Potrero and Flamingo and the beautiful sunsets were right in the backyard! Daily housekeeping was a bonus keeping the sand at bay. Last but not least Jimmy made the stay even more memorable going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Memorable Costa Rica Getaway!

Our stay at Casa Natalia was simply fabulous! We traveled there with a group of family adults to celebrate my husband's 70th Birthday. We loved all the amenities and comfort the house had to offer. Great expansive kitchen with lots of dishes, wine glasses, etc., was perfect for entertaining. We truly appreciated all the help and assistance we received from Jimmy, the concierge. He was responsive, courteous, and we couldn't have pulled off our little celebration without him! His chef recommendation was right on; Miguel (the chef) prepared a wonderful birthday celebration dinner for us. We were also very pleased with Jennys, our cleaning lady. She came each day to refresh bathrooms, towels, and left the house spotless! The outdoor kitchen and outdoor sitting areas were enjoyed by all. The ice making machine was certainly a plus! The whole package!

Everything was fabulous! Casa Natalia offers a room and bathroom for everyone- no sharing. Great community areas- big well stocked kitchen, living room and outdoor area! We loved being right on the beach! Jimmy did a wonderful job at helping us plan an unforgettable trip. Golfing, deep sea fishing, and sunset cruise. He set up our golf cart rentals, that I highly recommend. Daily housekeeping and night security- our group of 14 would all come back here! Pure Vida
