「I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others.

「The condo was very nice and clean and we liked the area. It was convenient and felt very safe. Amenities within the unit were a little sparse, but we managed. The neighborhood is somewhat loud (proximity to airport and ASU), but that was expected and did not take away from our experience. This should be a 5-star unit, but the lack of hand towels, TP, and a few other minor things knocks it down to a 4.5.」

「We went for Innings music fest. The unit is within easy walking distance to the venue. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Our host was able to accommodate our request for an early checkin which was great since our flight got in at 9:00 am.」
