「Great location, really quiet neighborhood and easy access to nearby restaurants, stores and attractions. The free Jupiter line a block away is nice if you want to go downtown Tempe without driving. There is an adjoining unit, so you will only occasionally hear neighbors at normal speaking volume. They are not overly loud, are not bothersome late at night or early in the morning, and they are typically not home during the day. Really it's no different than a hotel shared wall.
