「Just not it」

「Was among the cheapest rooms in the city, so I wasn't expecting much and didn't get much. Shared bathroom in the hallway, no coffee, no breakfast as advertised. The lights worked and it came with a bar of soap and had WiFi, that is about all. Very rundown property in what looked like a rough neighborhood. I had to choose between locking the window for safety while I slept or leaving it open to air out with a box fan, as the central fan didn't work. I chose to have a stuffy room.」

「The room has perfume smell, and so bad smell.can’t breathe,I have to change to another place.if you are sensitive about the scent,don’t choose it.and the hotel only refund me half of the one night fee.」

「Clean and tidy, convenient transportation.The WiFi signal is too poor and the webpage cannot be opened. The surrounding environment is dirty, homeless people gather, drunken people make noises and smash bottles in the middle of the night, and it is really worrying to leave vehicles in the yard. 」

「I just checked my credit card statement and there is USD20 dollar charge to my room, may I know how I can get what is being charged and how to refund ? The hotel said everything is fine when I check out and not mentioned any extra charge.」
