The whole building was Old and unclean furnitures. Sliding door was almost Come off. No sealant between frame and glass, it was scary for all of us. This room was the 2nd time changed after balcony fence was fallen down while we were out. And they changed the room for us. Not recommended.

Hotel was nice, right on the water. But no plugs are a weird thing… except for the fridge and tv so you need to unplug these if you want a phone charger….

This hotel was nice and clean. The noise from the night clubs is real! The rooms are not very sound proof. The location is very central and convenient. There are many restaurants and shops close by. Lots of pool chairs available and two pools. Our morning walks had the beautiful backdrops of mountains on one side and the ocean on the other but we constantly had to step over broken glass, garbage, vomit and other unpleasant things! So sad that the tourists are so incredibly disrespectful of the Island.

Erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla oleva iso hotelli aivan rannalla. Hieman jo päivitystä kaipaava mutta kokonaisuutena ihan ok. Aamiainen oli loistava eli siitä täydet pisteet. Vastaanoton henkilökunnan toiminnassa sen sijaan olisi parantamisen varaa. Palvelu oli töykeää ja ylimielistä, tai sitten jollekkin sattui vaan huono päivä. Ympäristössä on paljon yöelämää, joten musiikki ja juhliminen kuuluu myöhään yöhön. Ehkä huono tuuri mutta parvekkeen ovi oli niin hatara että äänet kuuluivat häiritsevästi. Todo es muy viejo, el hotel es para reformar totalmente !! Solo la ubicacion esta bien. La comida de muy baja calidad y ademas muy mal presentada. Clean, staff good , room bit small but nice , pools nice but cold , sun beds mostly taken up with towels that are there for hours before used . Food ok pleanty of choice but not very hot . Behind reception needs attention. Kettles needed in room .

Sol at Christmas
Checking in was a bit of a chore as only one person checking in. Christmas Dinner on the 25th exceeded my expectations, the staff were brilliant.

Good location. Overpriced for service.
Being in Tenerife for the 5th time… this was the worse hotel I have stayed in the Canary Island so far, that’s rated as a “4star” Rooms and hallways need to be renovated. Super outdated. Only 1 outlet in the room. Washroom ceiling/soffits are disgusting. Over priced for quality and service. Food quality is acceptable not the best for a 4 star. Laundry and gym hours are very limited . Would not recommend. Rooms have no sound Barrier… good luck sleeping at night around the excessive music … Checked out after 4 nights and switched over. Only good thing is it is near the beach side/view. Don’t recommend.

This is not a 4 * hotel. It is very noisy due to being beside Veronicas so take ear plugs if you won’t be out partying all night. Rooms badly need modernised, was there 4 nights and killed 6 cockroaches in my room, asked reception if they had a spray I could use to kill them but they didn’t have anything. Breakfast was good with plenty variety, pool area is too small for the size of the hotel, takes ages to get served at the pool bar.

Slitt, noe støy men greit.
Kjekk hage og bassengområde men må stå i kø kl 08:30 visst du ønsker solstol da disse ble tatt så snart bassengområdet åpnet og ble okkupert hele dagen. Mye bråk i nærområdene med nattklubber og puben på hjørnet viser fotballkamp og har live-musikk hele kvelden. Vi bodde i 11.etasje og måtte gå inn da vi ikke kunne snakke sammen på terrassen pga støyen derfra. Sov med øyrepropper. Hadde vært bedre med rom mot sjøen. Slitt interiør, absolutt behov for renovasjon av rommene. Sengene var nye og komfortable, så det var bra. To små heiser tok oss opp til 11.etasje men den ene stoppet flere ganger i løpet av oppholdet vårt noe som skapte lang kø om morgenen både opp og ned. Treg innsjekk med manuell registrering, kunne hatt fordel av å digitalisere denne prosessen noe mer, spesielt når en busslast nye gjester skal sjekkes inn samtidig. Sentralt og greit, masse restauranter og fin strand i nærområdet, gangavstand til det meste.

Vue absolument magnifique, parc avec 2 piscines et accès direct à la plage très sympa. Par contre 1 cafard dans la salle à manger et 2 autres dans la salle de bain et la chambre en 24h!! Totalement inadmissible pour ce registre d'hotel et le niveau de prix pratiqués!...

We had a family holiday here and loved every minute. Amazing entertainment staff with a big shout out to Nadia, Alex and Daniel who were fun and very friendly :) The acts were great as well. The nicest buffet food we’ve ever had, so many choices and lovely fresh meats and fish. Great location, right on the beach with a nice walk along the front. Lovely hotel, rooms and clean swimming pools. Would definitely come back again, thank you :)

Having been to this hotel before we chose to return. We were looking for an all inclusive relaxing holiday by a pool and were not disappointed. Couple of observations. The entertainment was not quite as good as on the previous visit. When the Disco next-door is operating the noise can be a little intrusive in the early hours. Balance this with an enthusiastic events team with plenty of activities for those who want them. The location on the sea front is excellent
