“Evening arrival after a long drive and no one was at the front desk for a good 15 minutes. Several of us standing in line, one person even called the location phone number hoping the staff had a mobile phone on them, to no avail. She apparently was working solo with no other help and was assisting a guest. But the room was clean, breakfast was decent. Close to I-65. Pet add-on rate is too high, IMO. ”

“The pool listed in pictures is permanently closed, the included breakfast was unavailable, the building reeked of paint. Building supplies was stored in multiple places. The beds were okay. The bathroom needed a lot of work from faulty fixtures to noticeable patches in the wall.”

“It felt like a mini hotel straight from Las Vegas. The rooms were very nice and very high end. The hotel was very well kept and food was top notch! A gem in Memphis for sure. Even if you aren’t a die hard Elvis fan, it’s just a nice hotel!”
