Tenri Tenri Ginkgo Trees Hotels

"We had a wonderful stay! Spacious rooms, beautiful views of the rice ponds. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond for us. They made our stay extra memorable and we hope to return in the future."

"Very nice property, great staff. Excellent location. Would book again."

"Unbeatable value if you're comfortable with a fully automated stay. The property is clean and in an excellent location. The rooms are a bit small, and the included breakfast is just okay. Additionally, there is no visible staff on-site, so you need to be comfortable using an automated system for self-check-in/out and luggage storage. They have a handy vacuum compression unit in the lobby to help you pack your bags. If you don't mind the tech-only approach, it's a clean and well-located budget...

"Amazing place to stay in Nara, located right in the Park but in a quiet area. Delicious traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast, they were even able to accommodate vegetarian requests. Sleeping on the tatami was special!! Very attentive and kind staff, the only note is that they don't speak English so make sure to have your phone with you with Google translate, especially at the restaurant. The matcha tea ceremony was cute but very rushed (10 minutes in total)."

"Perfect and with onsen !"

"Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was quite spacious and cleanly decorated, very comfortable. Public bath was modern and clean, very relaxing."

"Kind staff and great location, close to many sights in Nara."

"Wonderful hotel! It echoed the area of being nature driven, hotel staff were really helpful and accommodating, I couldn’t critique if I tried!"

"Great kaseiki dinner. Our best meal in Japan. This ryokan oozes charm and the staff is wonderful"

"We warmly recommend the Bakery Château d'or hotel. We felt welcome, the room was comfortable and the food excellent."

"Lovely space, walkable location"

"Loved the whole place."

"Very conveniently located near the train station. It was quiet and spacious and comfortable."

"Amazing stay in a Ryokan style house. Great location, nearby station and park!"

"TV was nice. Easy check in check out. Great location right next to the station."

"Very helpful staff and hotel is very clean and amenity. "

"The highlight of my week in japan — a beautiful, peaceful place with stunning views, friendly staff, and an amazing onsen. Highly recommend getting the breakfast option as well. I would recommend staying here to anyone in the area. "

"This is one of a handful of classy historic hotels near major rural attractions in Japan. A real old fashioned high-end style and treatment that makes you think you're in the 1930s. The location is convenient to the Nara Park where the historic attractions are located. It is not in walking distance of either train station."
