Comprising two generous bedrooms, lounge room with cosy fireplace, dining room with access to a private courtyard, beautiful timber kitchen with electric appliances, island bench and a Cook's dream of an oven, main bathroom featuring gorgeous leadlight windows, shower and toilet, additional toilet and fully equipped laundry, large front verandah that catches the afternoon sun all within walking distance to all the facilities of historical Tenterfield.

This beautiful home was built as a gift of love over 100 years ago and is now offered for your enjoyment by Sarah.
