"We had an incredible time at the Russacks, The service from every member of staff was impeccable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We were also upgraded which was a lovely gesture & made our anniversary even more memorable "

" The only issue I had was the Jacuzzi the spa did not seem to work and there was no notice of this - and no one to ask about it - Otherwise the hotel is great and very comfortable - spa is quite small and there was a number o people using it. "
