“We reserved this hotel and totally regretted after we got to the property. It is absolutely not as described. We were vey disappointed with the hotel and also expedia customer service.
This place did not feel safe at all, we contacted expedia customer service to cancel and get a refund. After a long conversation with the agent, he tried communicating with the front desk of this hotel which seemed almost impossible. “Noisy, windows don’t close completely, doors are paper thin, and management does not know how to tell guests to respect other guests sleeping at 3am. I expected it to be noisy as it’s a drunk tourist town, but this was terrible.”

“The staff were great and helpful, rooms super clean and very comfortable beds, they have a nice roof top with pool where you can see the town, the pool was well maintained and provided everything we needed. There’s a restaurant in front of the hotel that serves great food and the lady was so sweet, I’m definitely coming back to this hotel next time I visit ”
