A beautiful place on top of a nice high spot over looking Tequila. Beautiful grounds. They are making great improvements too. Very nice place to stay.

Nice stay. Clean but they had no phon e in the room in case os any needs. And Los no soap or shampoo in the room. Other than that the room was nice (rustic style)

Expedia has the wrong address. At check in at the beginning not want take credit card. Wi fi for the tv doesn’t work ( have to use my hot spot). Next morning no hot water (they said is solar) Horrible experience!!

When I arrived to check in I was told I have to pay the room cash $1800 pesos because Expedia had not made the charge on credit card. And the credit card machine was not working at the time... Once I got in my room they had no toilet paper, no running water in the sink. The hot tub did not work. The towels had stains. And the outdoor pool was not available.

No hotel exists at the address, nor in the neighborhood. I went to a nearby hotel to ask if they knew where Hotel Monte Agave was and the receiptionist told me that I was not the first person to inquire. She said there is no hotel by that name in the immediate area and calle Limon 50 does not exist. I had 4 local people helping me to find this location, two of them thought it was probably a ranch outside of town. To add more to the challenge, Hotel Monte Agave does not answer their phone but rather they send an Expedia text asking that you send them a WhattsApp message so they can send you directions to their location. I spent betrween 4:30-5:30p in almost 100 degree heat walking around looking for this place,. My phone was not working as it was too hot for the network. Very bad experience. This hotel should not be on Expedia until such time as it has a verified address and a phone that is answered at the property.

Realmente terrible, lo que muestran en la página no corresponde al lugar, me retire un día antes y me lo cobraron, hubo cucarachas, avise al reservar que pagaría con tarjeta AMEX y no tenían terminal para cobrar, terminaron pidiendo a un vecino que les prestará su terminal y lo peor, les rogué durante semanas por mi factura para comprobar el gasto y nunca me la mandaron, dejaron de contestar, POR ELLO EVITEN MALOS RATOS, QUE NO LOS ENGAÑEN SON IMPROVISADOS Y NO MUESTRAN NINGUNA SERIEDAD

Los colchones están comodisimos.. llegamos y la de recepción nos checo que estuviera bien todo el cuarto las vistas son impresionantes y dormi hasta el día siguiente nada de ruido 🙏

El día de nuestra salida tuvimos que buscar a quien entregarle la llave, ya que en recepción había un letrero que si ocupabas habitación marcaras a tal número ( jamás contestaron). Anuncia alberca al aire libre pero no está en funcionamiento.
