had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the free shots—such a fun and unexpected touch that really added to the experience. It made the atmosphere feel relaxed and enjoyable, perfect for a vacation. The cleanliness of the entire property was also top-notch. My room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Great vibes, excellent staff, and thoughtful extras like the free shots made it a memorable trip. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone!

The hotel was very quiet, wifi was patchy at best and didn't work for some of our party. The rooms were clean and spacious and had AC so we were happy with the room itself. But the location of the hotel was not idea, it is a 5-10 minute taxi outside of the main town down bumpy gravel roads. Breakfast was average and service was slow and they had no juice available which was a disappointment. Ni (our guide on our tequila tour) was great and she gave a brilliant tour in English - the tour was the only highlight of our trip.

The photos and the advertising for this property look great but the reality is they don’t match in real life. The staff are very nice and accommodating, but the property has been neglected and is not a good shape. The rooms were dirty, I had no hot water, and the bed was extremely hard The location is not ideal as you are about 10 to 15 minutes away from downtown and they do not have any shuttle service or drivers to bring you outside of the property The pool area was a joke and in disarray. This property looks like it might’ve been five years ago, but then it’s current state. I would not recommend staying here.
