❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 23 to book. A valid driver’s license is required at check-in. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted without refund.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home. A $200 penalty will apply if evidence is found.

🐾 No Pets Allowed: A $500 fee will apply for unpermitted pets.

🧴 What’s Provided? Linens, towels, and dishes are included. A starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge) is provided. Guests must bring their own additional toiletries, paper products, trash bags, and dish soap.
