“Pros Owner is friendly and nice. Comforter is thick enough to keep warm in a cold and rainy day. Room design is stylish. Shower room is spacious and tap water is diffusely poured out. Cons The gate door is closed, it is necessary to make a phone call 10 minutes before the arrival. I understand the difficulties of the owner since he has to act as cleaning maid and receptionist, but the cost is too high for a tourist to make a call, better find another solution for the registration. “Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.”

“Everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Excellent stay overall. My only suggestion would be to add a handheld shower head in addition to the overhead rain shower. It would make the shower more practical, especially for guests who do not want to wash their hair every time. Other than that, everything was great.”

“Very good location. Easy walk to Central Station; Metro station right outside the front door. Our only problem was finding it in the first place. Fortunately I had communicated with Susanna earlier so she called and met us at the frond door. For other guests: it’s located at the top of the stairs of the Sondrio metro station. The street number (71) is by the door.”
