"I’m a frequent traveler, and I’m very, very picky as well. This place is beyond excellent. Especially the hostess. She is so kind and helpful, and is such a happy person. "Amazing location! Quiet and very safe! Walkable to all attractions and shopping streets. Great choice of restaurants around. The suite is very spacious and spectacular loaded with everything you need to enjoy a great stay! Not to mention the beautiful balcony with the street view. It's modern, stylishly équipée, and very well maintained. No idea why anyone would complain about noise in previous comments. This is low season, almost no one in the hotel. "Property is in a perfect location. The only downside in my opinion was finding it is very difficult and there is no hotel service such as room service. You will have to walk with your luggage to find the location as taxis cannot drop off at the location."

"Stayed here for one night, really nice location that's close to everything. The hotel was able to provide a parking pass for us to park in the ZTL and we found a spot nearby. They provided clear instructions on where we could park, which was really thoughtful. Room itself was really spacious and clean, would definitely stay here again!"

"A very nice stay. We were only in Milan for one night so we didn’t have time for a full exploration of the area, but the room was clean and quiet, private bathroom. Lots of security to get into the building, apartment, and room, so certainly safe. Nice bathroom. Perfect for our one night stay."

"It was a little confusing to find. Once inside it was better than expected. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs, each with their own private bathrooms and a loft bedroom upstairs. There was also a small kitchenette and a large couch that could easily accommodate 2 people. Over all wonderful flat once you locate it! "

"Excellent staff. Yes, there's a broken tile in the corner of the bathroom and a chip in the door, but that doesn't detract from the overall comfort of the room. Good breakfast. Walking distance from the Duomo and public transport right on the street. Enjoyed our stay!"
