“It's a unique property as it's a historic building, walking distance to Osborne House. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. The restaurant serves excellent food and the breakfast room and lounge are cosy. Our bedroom was large , comfortable and clean. Highly recommend it.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Stanwell House Hotel. The staff are excellent, every member of the team was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in Room 32, which was perfectly cosy with a very comfortable bed and offered lovely views. The breakfast was great—high quality and plenty of choice. My only minor note is that drinks can be quite expensive at the bar. Highly recommended for a boutique stay in Lymington!”

“Unfortunately I stayed on a Monday/ Tuesday when the bar and restaurant are closed so cannot give a review of any amenities. The room key was in a key lock external to the property. Room was clean and tidy and would definitely stop again but not on the days the bar / restaurant are closed.”

We spent almost an hour trying to access the room and called for help, but there was no support available at all. As a result, we were left outside late at night and had no choice but to book a hotel at the last minute, which cost us a lot of money. This caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and extra expense.
