"The staff here is so great / I came in late because of road closures and they refunded my first night. It’s quaint, it’s clean and the price is great. It’s nice to see real wood, real marble in the rooms. See you next year!!! We stay here every Christmas. "

"The room was clean and a good size. It didn’t feel small. The gym was modest but functional. The downside was the restaurant was closed during the holidays so we had to eat at Parkside instead. That was a very pleasant dining experience so we weren’t disappointed. The proximity of the hotel to downtown Los Gatos was ideal. We walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed it. All in all a fantastic stay and we look forward to returning, especially when the restaurant is open. "

"Great value for this stay in Saratoga. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs for a stay over Thanksgiving and were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for light meals and there was enough space we didn’t feel on top of each other."
