"Beautiful hotel walking distance to stores Restaurants and park!Very safe and clean area with nature trails close by fantastic weather, went to outdoor concert in park and drove to beach. Loved the pool rm. View! Went in the pool and hot tub, very relaxing and great atmosphere. Hope to come back and stay at this hotel!"

"This was my first time staying here and I would definitely come back. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice, and we enjoyed the grounds. Ira was extra helpful, and I forgot some clothes in the closet and they are already en route to my house. Curtis helped out with that. The only suggestion would be to update the shower head in the bathroom. Very convenient for going to the Mountain Winery!"

"They don’t clean everyday so if you need more coffee or cups or towels you have to ask for them at the desk when someone is available at the desk. Parking is $35 per night. Otherwise the location was nice, and convenient to walk in downtown to the park or restaurants. Beds were comfortable."

"A great area, and very visibly clean spot. My only concern is that the posting said AC only to find out this wasn't correct. However the cool air the first night helped. I think this should be better communicated in the ad, but also letting guests know on arrival which windows to open. There was also a delay in hearing back from Helen, but she was very kind once we spoke with her. I do feel the place was a bit overpriced, but if we had used the outdoor amenities we may have had a different perspective."

"Great view. Very spacious Well equipped kitchen. Nice pool table and ping pong tables. Host very helpful. Worked great for our 3 families (12 total). Very Clean except for bathroom off game room. A few electrical outlets not working in primary bedroom."

"Fantastic location, charming garden property, and gracious host. This is a small suite attached to a private home that has another rental above. Fairly private unit with own entrance at one end of the home. Ample parking. Hot water in the large shower. Bedroom, living room and bathroom. The owner came down the drive to greet us on arrival and delivered a lovely breakfast one morning. The only minor improvements to the listing would be to disclose that there is no laundry in the unit; it is offered “by appointment” elsewhere on the property. Also, the kitchen is a refrigerator and an electric hotplate in the foyer space and a microwave in the living room. The bathroom has the only sink. However, this is actually OK considering that downtown Los Gatos restaurants are in walking distance. If you want a compact but comfortable & very quiet suite in Los Gatos/Monte Sereno: this is your place."
