Lovely cottage

The location was perfect to walk to town, Tesco’s or the local gym! Loved the simple but cottage style decor. The beds were super comfy and the whole place was very clean. We would definitely stay again. Host was very communicative.

Excellent property - as advertised!

The cottage was quaint, lovely and a perfect location! We loved the village of Tetbury as it had great restaurants, a beautiful church, sensational antiques and stores, and the best jumping off point to visit other areas of the Cotswolds. Would recommend and would stay again! If you are particularly sensitive to road noise, it might be a bit loud, but that’s the benefit of being in walking distance to all the wonderful things Tetbury has to offer!

Tetbury house

A really lovely house, clean and bright with nice furnishings. Well positioned near the centre of town and within easy reach of walks, National Trust properties, Westonbirt Arboretum among others. The road outside was a little noisy to those not used to traffic but nothing too bad. With the addition of a microwave and a teapot it would be perfect.

8 days in Tetbury

We had a great stay, Tetbury is a nice town... we just happened to be there during the wool sack festival. It was fun to see the town transform with rides, food, shopping and the up hill wool sack races. The house had 3 bedrooms each with an on suite bathrooms. . Full kitchen and washer and dryer inn the basement. Note all upper and lower floors are accessed via spiral stairs which could be an issue for some people. The only issue might be parking. Only free street parking is available. We asked a neighbor where they suggest we park and they pointed us to a spot nearby that worked perfectly.. look on a map for a residential street that dead ends near the property... there you will find 4 parking spots that are a short wall to the property. (The suggested alternative lot is much further away and requires payment at certain times. During the 8 days we only were able to park in in the free street parking 2 times. We spent most of our 8 days doing day trips, this property made a good home base. Tesco and co-op are near by, so it was easy to stock up on food
