“Everything was fantastic except for the fact that the previous people/cleaning person?!?!? Had left the freezer door slightly ajar so the freezer was one large ice cube which we had to defost to get our groceries in. ”

We have stayed in many VRBO’s around the world and The Orchard House is without a doubt our favorite. After 13 hrs. of travel we were delighted when we walked into the kitchen and found eggs, milk and OJ in the fridge as well as a strawberry sponge cake, and other local treats. “My wife and son had the most delightful 4 night stay in this wonderful cottage in the heart of Boughton with only 2 mins walk to the centre. From begining to end everything was a breeze. Ease of location, parking, entry, cleanliness upstairs downstairs, comfort, good facilities, overall it was perfect. Even on arrival the owners had left a "sweet"surprise for my wife's celebration - a very nice touch for our stay. Thank you.I fully recomend this beautiful property for any length of stay.”
