Wonderful Stay

Our group home was damaged due to a flood and this property came to our rescue. The property and property manager was so nice and accommodating!

Wedding Accomadations

We booked this property as Texarkana was a middle point between AR & TX for us to stay during my daughters wedding. The home had tons of space, plenty of parking, nicely decorated and was in a central location. Our family enjoyed the comfy and SPACIOUS accommodations. Thank you for opening your home to us so we could all stay together. Staying here was far better than booking a hotel with separate quarters.

Friends weekend!

It was a weekend with two of my best college friends and their daughters. Texarkana is about 1/2 way between for all of us. We were so excited to find a VRBO that would fit our needs. This home did just that. It was perfect size and space. We loved it!!

T-town visit

The place was beautiful. The only issue was there were not any paper towels or toilet paper. Also, we wished there were directions on how to work the coffee maker. It was a complicated unit. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had.

Very unprofessional and no privacy!

We paid almost $12000.00 for 45 days at this house. We had high expectations that the house would be clean and we could have our privacy. We weren’t allowed to check in the very late on the day we were to check in due to the house being cleaned supposedly but the house was not very clean. And to top it off our small children found guns under the bed in the children’s bedroom! The kitchen rug was so disgusting I had my husband remove it and put it in the garage during our stay. The bathrooms were not clean and there were men working in the yard which we were not told about prior to our booking. As a woman with small children I would have appreciated the notice of men being in and out of the backyard! We communicated heavily with the owners prior to booking as their listing was not working properly. The owners are not familiar with how VRBO works making booking of our stay very difficult. Cindy sent me payment request through PayPal and Venmo for our stay extension and I’m so thankful I didn’t fall for that. After all the unprofessional messages I was even more thankful that I didn’t send Cindy money not through VRBO. Cindy also told me she would refund our $1500 deposit for the first stay after we booked the extension then threatened to keep it. The owners tried to blame us that theping pong table was falling apart and my husband had to buy screws for it. The fiancé, Cindy messaged me at 5:00pm stating she needed to get in the house to get some things. I was getting ready to go out of town for the weekend so I asked that she let me know when so I could coordinate it with my husband and children. She said ok I’ll check and circle back and then never responded until 10:30pm at night threatening to kick us out if we didn’t allow them to come in and get belongings. We didn’t have a problem with them getting belongings left behind but I wanted to make sure my husband and children were not there! She was very rude and unprofessional. We extended our stay due to our house not being ready and not having a choice and she tried to tell me we needed to check out at 11am and check back in at 4pm during her hateful messages in the middle of the night. The check in process was horrible and very unorganized. The owner messaged me through a text message after Cindy’s hateful messages trying to remedy the situation. He also messaged me at the end of our stay requesting we leave a good review however I felt we should be honest and give future guest a fair warning.

Perfect home away from home!

Cindy was great to work with before and during our stay. This home was just what we needed while we were having renovation completed on our personal home. We will definitely remember this property and will book again for family that comes in from out of town.

Quiet, clean & nice

This is a very nice house for a peaceful stay. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house is very pretty and conveniently close to everything.
