"My fiancè and I had a lovely time staying at this cute little cottage. The location is perfect. It's tucked away but close enough to all there is to see and do in Eminence. The hot tub in the patio with the tv was so cool. I definitely would stay here again!"

"This was a very cute bnb! The theming was nice, and everything was very clean. Furniture and beds were comfy, and the location was very close to town."

"Great location nice size house although not sure anyone was there to prep for our arrival. The AC wasn’t on when we arrived to check in at 4 pm on a day it had been 90+ degrees and with no central air it was more than uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper, or trash bags, also not enough towels for the 4 people staying in the house. There were dirty dishes in the sink as well . Beyond that we had a great time close to all river accesss and downtown"

"A great weekend getaway; the cabin was very cute and cozy and the farm animals were an added bonus . Close to Montauk state park for great couple of days fly fishing. "

"Loved the room and location. Problem we had were some bugs. Could have been cleaner the bath tub had a dead wasp and soap scum. The big tub needs the jets cleaned. Could have used a broom to keep up with the invasion of bugs. Went and bought a broom and dust pan and swept them up like three times a day."

"The room was decent. Some millipedes in the bathroom but overall, it was fine."

"Good location for a reunion we were attending. The place was comfortable and plenty of room. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked but we managed fine. Some of the kitchen cabinet drawers were difficult to open"
