「I’m shocked this has an 8/10 rating. This was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in prior to a cruise. The front desk lady was very nice, but that’s about it for positives. From the moment we walked in it smelt off. Like a moldy mildew kind of smell. Turning the AC on made it worse. The room overall was dirtier than it should have been. It looked like it hadn’t been stayed in for weeks and they just let the room collect dust. No cleaning before our check in. Upon leaving, we saw a pulled out...

「Hampton is a clean and friendly property. If I had one suggestion it would be that there isn’t enough light in the room. There are only two shaded lamps, and no overhead. One is on the desk and one on the nightstand. We bought another reading lamp at target (we were there for a week) in order to read and put together a puzzle on the desk.」
