「What a disaster this turned out to be for a 2 night deluxe room stay. First night and day the room was great and recently updated. Only problem was the room is next to the balcony where people smoke. Happened to be there when a “smashed out of his head 95% of the time” young guest on the same floor would spend almost all day smoking weed on the balcony with the doors into the building floor wide open. I asked him multiple times to close the doors, I asked the staff to deal with it as our room...

「Had an overnight stay at hotel due to early flight the next morning. The hotel is situated on what appears to be a backroad rural residential area although its minutes for the airport. Check-in was ok but it was obvious the hotel was empty and that they may have not been expecting my arrival. Once checked in, I was taken to my room which was nice to look at but you could tell it has not been used in a while, the towels were stiff, and bed linens needed to be tossed, the loft style room provided...

「Very nice deluxe room which was lovely and clean. It had a small balcony but panoramic city views from the double aspect windows being the end room. There was a kettle with complimentary coffee too. The en-suite shower was lovely and light, it also had shower cream and shampoo! The staff were extremely courteous. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had some traditional Thai porridge, steamed pork bun, chicken sausage, selection of curry with rice and egg plant. There was also toast, jam,...
