"Pros:
- Good Breakfast, both portion and quality
- Room was generally clean
- Staff spoke English well and were friendly
Cons:
- Bed was too hard, not comfortable
- No separation of shower area, making it quite wet to use sink after shower
- Location was in middle of nowhere (located in narrow small streets, next to field) and there was extremely limited view. Hard to see any river or lake.
- Balcony faced a building in construction at a very near distance, which blocked all the view.
- Teaspoon was not washed in the room
- No hooks or racks in toilet to place clothing during shower
- Price was too high considering the above, as it is only a little bit cheaper than 5 star in central Hanoi."
