8.8/10 Excellent! (1,054 reviews)
We stayed at queen room with a balcony. The room was not big, but instead of the balcony we had a beautiful terrace with a view on Empire State Building.
The location of the hotel is great!
I have some issues with the room itself:
1. the bed squeaks terribly every time you move.
2. We had bath robes in a room, but didn’t have sleeper, something that is very odd for this category of hotel. We had to request them.
3. The bathroom didn’t have a vanity set, which is very strange for this category of hotel. I requested from the front desk and they brought one set for a room for two people.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,435 reviews)
Breakfast as good as always at Riu Hotels. However, I disappointed having poor quality orange juice in breakfast!!
