「Lovely hotel with easy access to JBR beach and surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and accommodating and room cleaned to a high standard. They also threw in a surprise cake for my partner’s birthday which was a lovely touch to our stay. Would definitely recommend the Sofitel if you are looking to stay in the JBR area」

「The room was lovely and great size. The food in the hotel was unreal. Especially at the Peacock Restaurant where the staff was the friendliest people we have met and provided 5* customer service. The pool area could be improved, the pool was pretty small and not many beds. It was difficult to get a bed on the beach also. Seemed like quite a few had put their towels down before breakfast. All in all the stay was great and the location was perfect. 」

「The room is very clean and comfortable. Location is near the Jumeirah Beach, and the transportation is convenient. Breakfast is very good for offering a lot of choices. The staff, including the manager at the check-in desk, those working at the executive lounge, and those helping us with the luggages, are exceptionally nice. 」

「We arrived really in the morning and got greeted by a youn man,unfortunately I forgot his name . He is normaly on the reception at night. He was welcoming and saw we where all very tired . He offered us a early check inn. The rooms was cleaned every day ,fresh towels, bootkes of water and refilled coffee/tea. What mafe our stay so comfortable was the gentleman at the reception who checked us in early in the morning.」

「We stayed at the deluxe suite for a week during cny break. It was a great stay! Room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Azure beach club was nice. The wooden gym and open class area by the beach was cute. The only down side is the traffic. Cuz it is located JBR and it’s a very popular touristy area. I guess that’s a trade off if u want beach and convenience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. 」
