We experienced an emergency during our trip and had to make a last‑minute change, and the support we received was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. “Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was smooth and I was kindly offered a room upgrade free of charge. The room was impeccable. Spa services were wonderful and my massage was amazing. Room service was definitely the highlight for me, the food was fresh and tasty. I would absolutely stay again and I can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality.”
