“The hallway to the room was hot, as if the AC was not running. Our room felt humid to the point where our sheets felt a little damp. The handle of the bathroom door was broken off. The bathtub had a big stain. The only reason why we stayed and made do was because we had worked all day and driven in from Houston late at night and had to be up early for an event, but we will not stay here again.”

“This is a well-appointed, attractive property. The amenities are wonderful - airport shuttle both ways, daily breakfast until 10:00 and a noon checkout time. The suite is quite comfortable but the kitchen sink had old food stuck to it, there were crumbles of what looked like Doritos in the carpet by the bed and a few strands of hair on the shower floor. Kind of makes me wonder how well the other fixtures and appliances were cleaned. The linens were clean, though.”

“Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.”

“I would love to leave a review but the double room that I booked 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE was not available. We did not get in until after 10pm we were exhausted and had no room. Thankfully the young man behind the counter worked hard to find us a room ELSWHERE! Shame on them!”

“I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.”
