"We loved our stay here. Other than the noise overhead early in the morning from other guests, everything was perfect. We brought our noise machine with us for that very reason, and it definitely helped. We were on the first floor, ocean side, and really enjoyed the sunsets every evening. "

"Good location, could walk to the beach, but right next to I5, so prepare for the noise, all doors open to the outside, so the freeway comes right thru the door and window. Breakfast had good options, was always hot and well attended by the staff Pool and Hot Tub looked nice, did not use it. Had an issue with the top of the window sill leaking into the room, making the floor and entry tile all wet. Staff had it repaired, but did not dry carpet or tile, or offer to move us to another room. Not impressed by the service of the GM there."

"We faced so many issues. The main ones were: a guest confronting my husband saying our kids were too loud at 8pm at night, not enough staff working the cafe so we couldn’t get dinner. AC not working in the room, mini fridge damaged. The person next to us had a child screaming and was blaring music at 3am. It was honestly the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Marriott hotel and I used to work for Marriott for years. I was shocked. "

"The hotel is descent for the price! It’s very convenient for families who are visiting Legoland. It’s about a 5-7 min drive. Pros: Free parking, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and great staff (we forgot a cell phone in the room and the front desk called us immediately to notify us). Cons: The beds are pretty firm. I’ve stayed at various hotels and these were not comfortable. You will need to drive if you want to pick up food or dine out. The only thing located within walking distance is a gas station. "
