The Crossings Holidays

I've stayed here for the past four years over the Fourth of July. The rooms are spacious and the location is good for what we needed to be near the convention center. There is plenty of food options and grocery stores nearby. I really like the option for guest laundry on every floor. The property is starting to show it's age and they have done some remodeling, but I miss the waterfall at the pool. They also don't have t he snacks at Happy Hour anymore, but the breakfast is still as good as always. The best variety I have ever seen and they keep everything well stocked.

My family and I loved it , perfect place to vacation!

The room and property itself is nice, it’s the fact that they want to get you for EVERY penny. There’s no self parking; the valet would have to go get your car and would not let you even grab a charging cord yourself from YOUR car, then stand around expecting a tip. My legs work perfectly fine sir but thanks anyways

The room was atrocious!!! Cleanliness was not a big issue. Readiness was the problem. Nothing we needed was already in the room when we arrived. Almost everything had to be requested and some were not even available. Laundry had to be done by them- no choice. Appliances in the room broken. No kitchenware. ABOLUTELY NONE!!! Never sure if the elevator is coming or not. Had to walk floor levels to find ice. Sold a bill of goods. It is called a resort... this is a load of crap! Then, i found out why. It is nothing more than an apartment building that sits near the beach. Each room in the building is privately owned and rented out. Your experience will depened largely on the owner of your apartment. They supply appliances or not... not. They supply amenities or not... not. They give sufficient furniture or not... not. They maintain the structure or not... not. They give you the information about the place; true informatiin or not... not. There is a picture provided on line projecting a representation that does not exist. Had the truth of the appearance, maintenance and ownership been told i, and I'm sure others, would not have expected much. And the audacity to call it "Hilton Beach Resorts." I must inforn Hilton, inc. that this should only ever be a last resort or $500 a night cheaper. Salty ocean water doesn't mitigate all else.
