“We absolutely loved our stay at the Squirrel Tree! It felt like a real life Hallmark movie with the snow in the Cascade Mountains, the Christmas decorations in the restaurant and the quaint feel of the inn. It was very clean and spacious, and we appreciated the comfy pillows and extra blankets in the closet. The owner is so kind and even walked us up to our room. “The hotel looks a little old and dated, but the rooms are large, clean & updated quite nicely! We really enjoyed our one nights stay. We stayed in a downstairs room in the back building (#3). Be forewarned it seems a lot of construction workers stay here during the week and they start their big diesel trucks up starting about 6:30 or 7:00 am. Kind of hard to go back to sleep after that!”
