“Tye staff are friendly and cooperative ”

“The location is excellent- one can walk to the Egyptian Museum and it is only a 3 minute walk to a lovely coffee bar. The staff are excellent and the breakfast was very good, eggs, fruit, cheese, bread etc. The room was not only large but very clean. The hotel arranged my day trip to Alexandria and its execution was flawless . I also recommend having the hotel to have a driver meet you at the airport and whilst there was some confusion, using What’s App easily resolved the problem.”

“The room is spacious and clean. The host is friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Cairo which is very convenient for visitors (a 10-minute walk to the old Egyptian museum and Abou Tarek). Nothing more I could ask for with such a reasonable price. ”

“The hotel is very nice with very attentive staff and is located right next to a shopping mall.”

“明明訂三人帶陽台結果給了一間無窗的，看似裝潢漂亮但清潔方面非常糟糕，甚至寢具似乎退房後都沒換過，非常髒，浴室也是很多垢、排水不通，櫃檯人員親切度也待改善。”

“The suite was amazing with wonderful views and very spacious. All the staff treated us very well, especially Islam at check in and Mohammed, who is in charge of the housekeeping. Would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!”

“The facilities and staff services both are excellent. Location is good too. Highly recommend it ~”

“Fraudulent Hotel: Forced Relocation, Sabotaged Rooms & Terrible Hygiene 1. Extreme Noise Pollution The room faces a all-night street market with constant honking, yelling, and parties until 4 AM. Even with earplugs, sleep is impossible. 2. Unacceptable Cleanliness Stained mirrors, hairs on bedsheets, leaking toilet, and intentionally removed faucet valve causing deafening noise when turning on water. 3. Scam & Coercion Despite a prepaid non-refundable booking for 4 nights, on the 3rd……

“在埃及算是非常不错的酒店了，卫生和条件都不错，性价比较高。早餐也不错。只是服务员稍差，11点到酒店说房间已经好了，但要求交77美元才给办理入住，因为还没到check in时间。”

“Excellent service and great location 👍”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, and I loved the view of the pyramids. The breakfast was very varied and delicious ♥️”

“我来埃及换了3家酒店，这家是感觉比较舒服的，无论房间或者顶楼的阳台人都能待得住。服务人员热情、善意。感觉不错！”
