“We were looking for a quick overnight in the East End, and the Harpoon House exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious (a suite!) and well-appointed, blending the charm of the original 1648 (!) building with modern amenities and furnishings. “Newly Renovated and extremely clean, well kept, and inviting rooms. Staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. Location is ideally situated close to lots of shops, Goldbergs for bagels, East Hampton Beaches etc. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in the area.”

“Wonderful stay! There was a problem with the room we booked (things happen) but Dawn made sure we were happy in an upgraded room. Location is great, walking distance to Main Street. “ This was my husband and my first time visiting Shelter Island and I feel lucky that my stay was at the House of ChaseCreek.
