"The room was good and spacious. The front desk staff and maintenance staff was pleasant and helpful. Noted the hotel has only been in operation for a few weeks, so there’s room for improvement. Couple of things to note - the sewage appeared to be blocked so every time we returned to the hotel, the water was murky, the toilet seat cover was broken, housekeeping did not refill shower gel and we had to remind them every day, there were no tea options (mint, herbal etc.) for the room. "

"The hotel was absolutely great. The only concern that we would have is poor Wi-Fi, but besides that clean spacious, the front desk was very hospitable. Will definitely recommend and stay there again."
"Spacious clean room with kitchen. Was perfect for 5 people. The breakfast was good and had different options. Around the building is shopping and more restaurants which was super convenient. Quick ride into the city via the Lincoln Tunnel. "
"A daily credit was available. The sink needed to serviced. The staff was great. All very nice and helpful.
I would come back here and i highly recommend this location. "
"Away from Times Square but still a short walk to the subway. Excellent diners/restaurants nearby. Updated and clean rooms. Lobby was clean and inviting."
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great stay. Clean, comfortable room and very friendly staff. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again."
"What stood out at this Hotel is, the employees! The BELLMAN are amazing. Louis, Charles, Eddie. THANK YOU! Yes they’re working for tips, however they truly go above and beyond to help you. Whether it’s 12 suitcases or finding your Uber/Lyft ride and walk you to the other block. Front desk was very helpful, they even had an early check-in for our arrival. The hotel itself definitely can have a revamp in the rooms. However, our room was still very nice. To be there at Christmas time is so magical, get the room that overlooks the cathedral you’ll never regret it. Last, but not least the delicious coffee and bakery was my favorite part each morning. The staff was still friendly and so helpful on Christmas morning. Bless them for their hard work in that day! If you’re a mom you know.! Also how could I forget the location? The location is perfect. We truly can’t wait to come back. Bring lots of bucks because the food is not cheap. The only down fall."
