The hotel was in a great location if you want a quieter neighborhood feel. It was spotless, and our accommodation had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.
This hotel is five years old, apparently a residential conversion. It’s small and chic. No real restaurant but puu puus in the v nice bar. Live music, neighborhood crowd.Quiet , walkable area near subway. The park is ~ 20 minute walk.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Have small children and felt like it was accommodating to us as a family. Great location, off the major streets so was a bit more quiet. Would stay here again!
We will certainly be staying here again whenever we travel to NY to see our daughter and son in law. So nice to find a place that was safe and comfortable feeling. Also walking distance to everywhere we visited.
Great location in a nice area on upper West Side close to lots of cafes, shopping, museums, parks. Clean, newly renovated room (we stayed in Deluxe King), nice lobby with lounge and bar with live music on one of the nights. Helpful, accommodating staff. We will be back. Parking is expensive (just like everywhere in NYC) and couple of blocks away. Valet parking wasn't available during our stay.
Can't say enough good things about the Wallace Hotel. Everyone who works there is always so pleasant and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and it is quiet at night, which is so unique in New York City!
We were welcomed by Joseph who was so accommodating and friendly. Our room was spacious and so clean, the facilities in the room were also excellent. Would 100% recommend to others.
We are a family of four staying in the city visiting friends and seeing a few shows. It’s a well decorated boutique hotel in a great area upper west side - close to everything including subway and a cute bakery across the street for coffee in the morning. And very comfortable beds.
