「This hotel is amazing! We had a short but excellent stay here! The property is so beautiful, location is great, and the staff were so welcoming, nice, and caring! Joann with the restaurant made us feel like home and we enjoyed her attitude and grace. The food was also excellent. Definitely want to come back and stay here longer! Also the park is close by and so are all the amazing restaurants and sites. 」

「The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. 」

「Enjoyed a lovely stay at this family-friendly hotel. The hotel is remarkably well presented despite its heavy use from families and our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Appearance throughout suggested recent refurbishment to a high standard. All of the staff we met were helpful and buoyant. Food in the restaurant and bar was wholesome and reasonably priced.」

「So this property is in bad need of a renovation. The carpets of the rooms looks like they’re from the 70s. Still, the doors are very old as well. The windows were rickity and there was construction next door with heavy machinery creating a lot of noise. In the end, we did not stay here. We did ask to cancel and for a refund, but we’ve heard nothing back from the management. My recommendation is find somewhere else to stay.」

「The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains.As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. 「Good location if you want to visit the ring of Kerry and the Gap of Dunloe. The Hotel is comfortable and new. Breakfast provided is nice and I was given lots of fruits and chocolate on arrival.」
