“Easy check in, great location, nice view of the river, from our room. Parking was difficult, especially when dragging luggage up and down stairs. It would be nice to have an area to unload close to the entrance to the Lobby. Other than that, the hotel met all our needs.”

“We spent our first anniversary at Glenlo Abbey hotel, it was wonderful experience staying there ! Friendly staffs,well maintained room, very nice breakfast , you can order hot courses also enjoy the cold buffet with very Irish way ! Love it!”

“This place was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It really was snug and cute and in the middle of everything and anything you could ever want. It's not quiet or tucked away, so be prepared for that energy. It was just what I was looking for. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. You are in the heart of Galway, walk out of the door and turn in any direction and you will find something to do or somewhere to go. Would stay here again in a heartbeat ”

“Great stay! Lovely property and room was very spacious and comfortable. The only negative would be the server never ordered my breakfast and I waited over 30 min for eggs Benedict that were frankly awful. Overcooked. But loved the hotel!”
