The property was clean thoroughly everyday, i always saw the staff cleaning the pool, around the patio, etc. continental breakfast was good, the room is much smaller than what it looks likes on pictures, but for 2 people it’s perfect! I wished we had more like trash bags for the bathroom trashcan so one can replace it if it’s full and no trashcan for other trash inside the room so we had to go outside to the thrash bin to throw away small/medium...

「The property was extremely clean. My only disappointment is that I booked a room based on the photo that showed a private balcony. When we checked in, we were put on the first floor and were told a room with the balcony was not available. Other than that, the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. And again, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property.」

「靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。」

「Excellent staff, clean roomie rooms. Only downside was ferry to Palomino island broke down and our scheduled trip there was delayed one day. Upside, resort gave a 4:00 pm check out so we could go to the island the day we were checking out.」
