「The property was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We couldn't find a bread knife or coasters (just one) but everything else was great. The hot tub was clean and a great temperature and the seating was adequate for the amount of time we actually spent in the property. Karl was very friendly and welcoming.」

「The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. 」

And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel.
