“Quiet, clean, hassle free check in. I just don’t like the fact that tge second time I spend 2 days there and the second trip, I gotta go to the front desk to get my key reprogrammed to get back in my room a day prior to the day of check out.”

“The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.”

“I can't speak to every guest's experience, but I can speak to how this hotel handled a serious issue involving one of my employees. During her stay, she discovered bedbugs in her room. While the hotel did move her to another room, that was the extent of the support provided. There was no manager on site to address the situation, no one followed up to check on her well-being, and no apology was offered for what is a very stressful experience. As her manager, I attempted to contact the hotel to……

“There were stains on the walls, the doors were broken(both entrance into the room and the bathroom) I did not complete my stay and will not book again.”

No refund no let me make it right, what kind of crap is that. My stay was awful to the point of not staying there past check out and checking into a hotel 45 minutes away judt to make sure I wasn't near that place again. People who reserve a room at this place be warned its gross, is loud, its full of pets, hair, dirt, bugs and I wouldn't let my kids……

“Bed sheets were stained. Towels were stained. Found tick on the bed. Dead june bugs, they were not roaches. Notified staff, lady was very rude, said we brought them in and they cant control what the guests bring in the rooms. Ask for management and she said were all franchise now. Very disappointed”

“What an incredible gift to the sport of Golf, So many golfers and that great staff just reloads and reloads and accommodates everyone. The food was excellent and my 15 year old son and 17 year old daughter are so excited to return to Surf City 🏄‍♂️ NC and continue playing this new found sport for them all out of my hometown of York PA. Take a weekend or take a week your game will get better.”
