「I was disappointed to get there and be told they didn't see my booking and the place was fully booked. I got allocated a random room of someone who did not come back, not the room I picked and paid for. When I took a shower the room got filled with water going all the way to the bed. The basin was also leaking. The room was full of spiders and spider webs all over. I will not be booking there again. I didn't even bother going for breakfast this morning. 」
