“Loved the property, we stayed in the chalet. Facilities are excellent & the buffet breakfast provided was more than ample. Located in a quiet area but very convenient for town centre, a nice walk along the canal takes you into town. Had a very friendly welcome from James who explained how everything worked. Definitely stay again if we need accommodation in Romsey.”

“I have stayed a few times over the years and i think its a great value pub with rooms i stayed 3 nights and my room was good as always, the team were all good and i would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.”

“Nice and comfortable excellent decor. However toiletries need improvement, body wash and shampoo combined and no body lotion”

“This is a great little place - central, spotlessly clean and so helpful/accommodating. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay in Southampton”

“We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is……

“位置方便，近大型商場，多餐廳，有泊車位，但不多。附近有其他停車場，泊車容易。酒店整體清潔很好，設施維護良好。窗有點少。桌面很少。”

“Some good, some bad... We arrived late in the evening and had a nice welcome. There were some petit fours in our room and it looked very attractive, if very cold. The bed and bed linen was good and the (small) bathroom attractively fitted out. But beneath the surface there are obvious problems. The foyer had a bad damp smell. The heating consists of an air conditioning unit in each room, which was noisy and not particularly effective. The electric towel rail did not heat up. The coldness……

“Nice hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our stay”

“Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.”

“More remote than I realised but wonderful room, very comfortable and a lovely Continental Breakfast. Double glazing was very effective and necessary as with the window open (which I prefer) the road noise was quite something due to an adjacent motorway! I would however definitely return!”

“Great location. Plenty of safe parking . The bedroom was a good size and well equipped. ”
