"Room smelled terrible and the carpeting and furniture were dirty and worn. The property is next to the freeway, so rooms on the back side are extremely noisy. No breakfast, although there is free coffee and as small room to purchase packaged foods."

"This place is NOTHING like Expedia advertised. I don't know why I got insurance on my stay if I could not be accommodated properly when I reported the hotel was a disaster and I flew in from another state. The first room they gave me was nothing short of disgusting. It reeked of homeless shelter. The carpet had an unbearable smell. I sat for 5 minutes before I went back to the front desk to let them know there was no way I could stay there for even one night. They were apologetic and quick to respond which is why I gave the staff 3 stars however the next room assigned was not much better accept it didn’t have that bad smell and was cleaner so I was able to bear it for the night since Expedia had absolutely no options for me whatsoever! I was able to rest for the night but cut my reservation short and checked out the next morning, again with no options from Expedia. There were no amenities I wasn’t even trying to stick around for the so called continental breakfast. Seriously Expedia, do better! It’s always some shizz when I book with yall. "

"This property is advertised as an “oasis” and kid friendly with a gaming garage room and a large fenced in back yard. So, I brought my daughter and my two toddler grandsons with me for 8 days. The home is poorly cared for from the outside in. The yard is mostly sand and what I assumed to be gopher holes. The door lock worked well and the check in process was easy. Communication with the host was very prompt and comfortable. The home was cooled and somewhat quiet at night. Once inside, however, the lack of cleanliness of the tile floors caused the kids’ feet to turn black within the 1st hour. All the tables are glass (not secured to the table base so the glass will fall off if pushed). This home is filthy and in poor condition aesthetically. The host was shown several pictures of the dirty floors and mildew in the bathrooms as well as broken dart tips lying on the garage floor and beer bottle tops and empty soda cans in the window sill. The guest bath is just nasty. Multiple issues were advised to the host, too many to list here. I was asked to be available for a washing machine delivery in the middle of the week, which we accommodated. I found the request to be inconsiderate. The host reimbursed my credit card for the cleaning fee and an extra 30 for waiting for the washer to be delivered. I was extremely disappointed in this home after the hype of the advertisement. It is definitely not a relaxing oasis. "

"The house was lovely and exactly as described, very clean and spacious. The host checked in with us and responded in a timely manner to any questions. The location was perfect for our needs. We will rent again in the future. "
