“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Charming; great location; staff above and beyond; only drawback is room way too small. 2 people can barely move around at the same time. Bed hugely comfortable!!”

“The hotel was quintessential NOLA..small intimate full of character being an older space. The hotel being aged does not mean it has to smell awful. Since they have no air conditioning it was very damp and hot and smelled like mold and mildew. The rooms also only had a small window unit which did not really cool the room in the summer heat. The attached bar was also hot and smelled bad. Staff was very kind is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.”

“We will return to Nola and plan to stay at Grenoble House again. The staff is amazing. The property is beautiful. The location is perfect. If you’re considering staying here, just be aware there’s no parking associated with the property, but lots of options in the area.”

“Never saw the pool, the bathroom was so small you could bearly open the door. The bathtub needed to be recaulked. Had mold around the tub. The rooms were very old and looked different than the pictures online. The bar wasn’t open when we needed a drink before 3pm. Just wasn’t impressed at all for the price.”

“Great large room. Good in room amenities. Would have like a breakfast but knew in advance that was not part of the service. Parking on site. More than I wanted to pay but less than other hotels in the area”

“The haunted hotel was great its walking distance to everything. The lore behind the place is fascinating and we had some paranormal but the ghost seem friendly. The staff are super friendly makes thst worth the stay just on that alone.”
