Only thing is that the hotel insisted me to pay IDR 1m upon my arrival as they did not receive the payment I have made through hotels.com even I show them my purchase receipt. Only got this sorted out on the third day after numerous attempts to contact hotels.com for help. "

"When arrived at the property the reception said he had no confirmation of the booking. I showed all the emails of booking confirmation made no sense to the receptionist.
The pillow covers were stinking fowl. Terrible.
