We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!' Beautiful pools with an abundance of loungers and umbrellas. We would happily return. 」

「It's a really beautiful resort. Great pools, amazing restaurants and food, champagne bar, entertainment, great gym. The team is amazing. Service is really outstanding. Altzen - one of the drinks waiters - is so incredibly hard working. Chloe from the fitness and entertainments team is so effusive about the resort, and she made an effort every day to talk to and engage with guests. We wouldn't normally go back to the same place but it is so fantastic we have been three times.」

「Service was above and beyond. We arrived late and they had prepared us our own meal which they kept in the fridge. They also gave us a bottle of prosecco on the house. I'm not sure if this was a one off or they do this for all guests but we were very happy. 」
