“friendly staff”

“Booked a “Superior” room and they gave us a broom closet. We were supposed to have twin beds, but they gave us a king. Housekeeping then converted it into two twin beds pressed up against one another. Not like the photos at all (or my prior stay at the hotel). When I mentioned this, reception gave me he key to a larger room to look at. It was in line with the hotel photos, but the safe in this room was tiny and could not hold my valuables (the safe in the first room could). When I mentioned……

“Tolles Hotel mit sehr bemühtem und freundlichen Personal! Sehr gute Massagen. Einziges Minus war die "Größe" des Zimmers. Wir hatten die günstigste Kategorie, nur war das Zimmer so klein, dass wir nicht mal kleine Koffer ausräumen oder verstauen konnten. Der "Schrank" war "mini"...sonst auch keinerlei Ablagen, auch beim Waschbecken nicht. Vielleicht hatten wir auch das "kleinste" Zimmer, 214...Dafür aber der Balkon sehr schön. ”

“Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! So my husband had to supervise me on the stairs. The room was nice but smaller than booked - nowhere to put clothes. The bed……

“Super 3-Sterne Hotel, besser als einige 4-Sterne Hotels in denen ich schon war. Die Zimmer sind topmodern (smart-room) und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich. Die Poolbar ist ebenfalls super, hin und wieder bekommt man einen Raki oder ähnliches von den Barkeepern ausgegeben :). Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr toll finde ich auch, dass sich das Hotel (vorallem die schwedische Barkeeperin) um Strassenkatzen kümmert, von den es in……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Pinelopi Hotel in Platanes, Crete. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by Pinelopi and her friendly family-run team, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
